No Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy, except in cases where items are damaged, defective, or cause issues upon use.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there is any issue, so we can assist you promptly.

Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Refund

You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product is defective

  • The product caused an issue (with valid proof)

⚠️ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Reach out via WhatsApp or Instagram

  • Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue, damage, or defect

Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Change of Mind Policy

Customers may request an exchange in case of a change of mind.

Change of mind includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disliking the product

  • Wanting a different variant or scent

  • Any subjective preference-based reason

📌 Change of mind does NOT qualify for a refund.

Shipping Charges for Change of Mind:

  • The customer will bear the return shipping charges

  • The customer will also bear the re-shipping charges for the exchanged item

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or incorrect items:
    → Revive by Khola will bear all shipping costs

  • Change of mind:
    → Customer will bear both return and re-shipping costs

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective items or products that cause issues if the item is out of stock.

  • If the item is in stock, an exchange will be provided instead of a refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the provided bank or wallet account.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
