Standard Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after confirmation

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Courier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Political or security situations

📌 Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days

Express / Urgent Delivery

If you require urgent delivery:

  • Full payment (order + delivery) must be made via bank transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for express delivery

  • Additional express delivery charges of PKR 400 will apply

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days (subject to unavoidable delays)

Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day

  • All orders are shipped through trusted courier services

  • A tracking ID will be provided once your order is dispatched

Repeated Order Refusal or Cancellation

If a customer:

  • Cancels an order after dispatch

  • Refuses delivery at the time of arrival

  • Fails to receive orders repeatedly due to invalid reasons

Then:

  • Future orders must be fully prepaid (non-COD)

  • This policy helps prevent courier issues and false delivery claims

Return Shipping & Re-Shipping

Shipping responsibility depends on the case:

  • Damaged or wrong item: Revive by Khola covers all shipping

  • Change of mind: Customer bears return and re-shipping charges
